Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the finance function across treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and M&A integration. This role is designed to provide leverage to senior finance leadership as the company scales its multi-site clinic network and will take ownership of high-value analytical and operational workstreams currently managed at the leadership level. This is not a traditional accounting role — the position does not include journal entry preparation, month-end close, or GL maintenance — and is instead focused on forward-looking financial analysis, planning, and execution support. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing analyst looking to build broad exposure across corporate finance, treasury, and M&A in a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own significant portions of the annual budgeting process, including calendar management, template distribution, and consolidation across departments/clinics
• Build and maintain variance analysis (budget vs. actual) for monthly management reporting
• Support ad hoc financial modeling for strategic initiatives (org structuring, new service lines, capital projects)
• Support daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management across bank accounts and entities
• Assist with cash forecasting models (13-week rolling forecast, longer-term liquidity projections)
• Help monitor covenant compliance and credit facility utilization
• Support banking relationship administration (account management, signer updates, reporting requests)
• Support closing statement preparation and net working capital true-up analysis for acquisitions and divestitures
• Assist with financial due diligence workstreams on new transactions
• Own or co-own post-close integration tracking (financial systems, reporting cadence, synergy tracking)
• Coordinate with cross-functional integration teams (IT, HR, Revenue Cycle) to track integration milestones
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership, board, and sponsor reporting
• Support special projects (supply chain/GPO analysis, payroll/HRIS transitions, financial systems initiatives)
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reporting infrastructure

What This Role Is Not

• No journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, or month-end close responsibilities
• No day-to-day accounts payable or vendor payment processing
• Not a compliance/audit-focused role (though will interface with audit as needed for treasury/FP&A schedules)

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related analytical finance role
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (three-statement modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting analysis to senior leadership

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare services, multi-site/multi-entity organizations, or PE-backed companies
• Exposure to M&A processes (diligence, closing mechanics, integration)
• Familiarity with treasury operations and cash management
• Experience with financial systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar) and/or data tools (SQL, Databricks, Power BI/Tableau)
• MBA or progress toward CFA/CPA a plus but not required (note: not a CPA-track accounting role)
