Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Groundskeeper for apartment communities in Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo. Pay and Benefits $20/hour 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday Full-time, year-round position Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) match Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities Enhance the curb appeal of our properties by maintaining the parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces. Light landscaping such as grass cutting, weeding, mulching, and pruning. Snow removal as needed, including clearing and salting walkways. Clean interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and property amenities. Help with basic repairs and maintenance as needed. Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate. Requirements Eligible to work in the United States Valid driver's license Personal and reliable mode of transportation with insurance Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance Safely utilize power tools Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases; traverse uneven terrain Work Style Servant hearted Team player who can work independently Comfortable working within established processes Strong commitment to timely and accurate work Polite and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
