Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Shift Availability

• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Unit Information

The unit consists of 32-38 beds, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:20, ensuring manageable workloads and focused attention on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess individual needs.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medications.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Point Click Care charting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Charge experience preferred to enhance team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
