About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Solutions Group in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping a differentiated solutions set for sophisticated UHNW clients and family offices, with a focus on both public and private markets. This role requires the ability to bring institutional-level coverage and product capabilities into a private banking environment, and to partner across the organization to deliver tailored content, including direct investments, private credit, global custody, and strategic equity financing. The SVP will also be instrumental in strengthening the company's strategic dialogue with clients and delivering non-traditional private banking solutions that meet complex owner and principal needs. Applicants for this role should have a strong background in capital markets, ideally from a global markets or investment bank environment, and demonstrate client-facing delivery experience with UHNW clients and family offices. The role demands proven cross-functional collaboration skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and a strong interest in private banking and wealth. The ideal candidate will have a Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 license, and be proficient in front-end platforms and IT systems with a solid understanding of market mechanics. The SVP will be expected to work closely with global UHNW solutions teams, and to apply analytical problem-solving, compliance, and risk awareness to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and market-relevant solutions.
