Drive business development activities, including client proposals.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple engagements, ensuring compliance with scope by:Updating client recordsPreparing financial packagesAssisting with budgets and forecastsAnalyzing KPI metricsMeet client deadlines, maintain clear communication, and monitor budget adherenceInteract with clients regularly and train team membersInvoice clients, follow up on accounts receivable, and engage in business development activitiesQualifications/Requirements7-10 years of accounting experience, recent account management experience requiredProficiency in double entry accounting and knowledge of U.S GAAPBachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldFluency in English, ability to travel, strong computer skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a teamOvertime work as needed throughout the yearPreferred qualificationsExperience with accounting software like Xero, Intacct, NetSuiteBilingual in Spanish or another languageSpecialized accounting knowledge or CPA license
