UtilityThe Utility is responsible for all areas of meal clean up and dining prep. Notify the Culinary Director promptly of any unacceptable temperature readings.Remove from service all cracked or broken dishes or damaged utensils that might be hazardous to residents. Notify the Culinary Director of damage.Store dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for use at the next mealtime.Under the direction of the Culinary Director, follow established methods of meal preparation and decorationSet up tables and beverage station and refill all salt, pepper, and sugar dispensers.As directed, assure all salads and desserts are properly portioned.Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Deliver meals to residents’ rooms as needed.Dispose of all trash in a proper manner.Clean dishwashing machine inside and out after each shift.
