Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking to hire and develop customer service oriented Outside Sales Representatives that can make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company. Barefoot is rapidly expanding throughout Texas. We are headquartered in Richardson, TX with satellite branches in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Marble Falls, and Oklahoma City, Ok.

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Identify and analyze potential markets and customers

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Outside sales.
- Strong skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information about products or services.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
