Store Support & Operations Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate helps maintain efficient day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales when business needs require. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders. Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery. Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas. Support visual merchandising, store standards, team training, and front- and back-of-house operations. Requirements Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
