Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 annually (based on experience and training; discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

• Perform neonatal examinations and assessments in a busy Level 3 NICU
• Conduct circumcisions and assist in neonatal procedures
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, neonatologists, and hospital staff to provide high-quality care
• Participate in pediatric resident and medical student education
• Work alongside dedicated nursery nurses trained in transitional and couplet care
• Support health and development of newborns without attending deliveries
• Utilize available lactation support and neonatal resources to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

• MD/DO with certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Neonatology
• State medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatrics or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Prior experience in neonatal care or pediatric hospital medicine
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
