Collaborate with senior attorneys, participating actively in case strategy and client advisement. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. An active member of the California State Bar, in good standing. 0-7 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally within a law firm environment. Prior courtroom and deposition experience; trial experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated legal research and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members. Strong client-focused approach, committed to achieving positive outcomes. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Certifications: California State Bar license, active and in good standing. Skills Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
