Responsibilities Plan, execute, and close projects to achieve company objectives, budgets, and timelines. Lead cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and procurement. Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business and FAA requirements. Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk assessment, and progress tracking. Monitor budgets and cost control to ensure profitability and financial alignment. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce downtime. Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, including change orders and contractual deliverables. Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 quality management systems and safety standards. Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership on KPIs, risks, and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost management, and process optimization. Uphold FAA, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, or a related field. PMP certification (Project Management Professional) required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within manufacturing or aviation (MRO, aerospace production, component overhaul, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Strong knowledge of production workflows, supply chain, and aviation compliance standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management tools.
