Human Resources Specialist

Insight Global's client is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a dynamic plant operation. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to drive key HR programs across the facility. This is a hands‑on role focused on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations. Preferred Requirements 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience Experience supporting a plant, manufacturing, or hourly workforce environment preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO Proven experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations Responsibilities Support full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles Lead onboarding and offboarding processes Partner with plant leadership on employee relations and investigations Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and USERRA Maintain HRIS data including job changes, compensation, and employee records Support attendance tracking and hourly workforce policies Assist with safety programs and workers compensation processes Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
