Customer Service Representative

Our customer is a well established machining job shop in Menomonee Falls. Business is strong and growing. As a result, they are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their 125 person company.
CSRs serve as the information hub / sales and operations support function of the company. Managing customer orders and forecasts, working heavily in Excel and the ERP system (Epicor), tracking priorities, coordinating with production internally and suppliers externally, and figuring out what needs attention first when many things may be moving all at once!
