JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is seeking applicants for part-time job of part-time research support. Job duties to include: synthesizing polymer materials measure the dielectric properties functionalize polymers with polar substituents and measure the dielectric properties of the materials using dielectric relaxation spectroscopy Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: data management and computer-based data analysis skills experience in organic and polymer synthesis strong communication skills to support collaborative work Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $25/hr.
