Mid-Level Interior DesignerWe are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team.The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept development through documentation and installation. Experience in hospitality design is strongly preferred.Qualifications3–5 years of professional interior design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is requiredStrong space planning and furniture layout skillsExperience developing design concepts, presentations, and finish/material selectionsAbility to produce and review detailed construction drawingsKnowledge of FF&E, specifications, and vendor coordinationAbility to work on multiple projects and manage deadlinesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable collaborating with designers, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractorsHospitality, hotel, restaurant, or luxury residential experience preferredResponsibilitiesAssist with and develop interior design conceptsPrepare floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design detailsCreate 3D models and presentations in SketchUpProduce and coordinate AutoCAD drawing packagesResearch and source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, and accessoriesCoordinate with vendors and consultantsReview shop drawings and submittalsAssist with project installations and site coordination as neededMaintain project schedules and design documentationWe are looking for someone who is creative, technically strong, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while being a collaborative member of the design team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
