Job Title: Oncology Registered Nurse

Location: Frederick, MD

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1778.42 - 1867.34

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night, Rotating holidays & weekends)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) Cert REQUIRED at the time of submission; Minimum 2 years of current, relevant experience; Will consider 1st time travelers!

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a 12-bed unit.
• Administer chemotherapy and manage chest tubes using specialized procedures and equipment.
• Adapt to a rotating schedule and work during holidays and weekends as needed.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and education regarding oncology care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
