If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities: Support state and local advocacy plans to advance the company’s policy positions and issue solutionsDevelop, manage, and enable delivery of key messages to important stakeholder audiences that clearly define and communicate the company’s strategic business priorities and promote the company’s brands and programsManage the identification of government-related business opportunities and facilitate discussions with government to support those effortsIdentify and inform the company of all matters of interest and provide analysis of legislative or proposed regulationsUpdate reports with actions taken related to legislative or proposed regulationsExecute the company’s corporate social responsibility and community engagement strategyTravel up to 35% Other projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of Government Relations, Public Affairs and Community Relations experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of Government Relations, Public Affairs and Community Relations experienceExperience in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment Experience managing the needs and concerns of multiple stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office suite i.e., Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc.Preferred Education and Experience:Brand Management experience Project Management experienceBudget Management experience Stakeholder Engagement and Employee Communications experienceBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
