Qualifications:

• Valid educator certification
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must present)
• Experience teaching in self-contained behavior programs
• Expertise supporting students with ADHD, ODD, Autism, and Emotional Disabilities
• Proven ability to work with cognitively intact students performing below grade level due to behavioral disruptions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction and individualized support for a self-contained caseload (approx. 10–15 students per class) in grades 3, 4, or 6
• Work collaboratively with staff to implement positive behavior interventions and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and develop IEPs tailored to student needs
• Foster a structured, supportive classroom environment conducive to student growth
