Jewish Care's Adult Mental Health Service is recruiting a Social Worker to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused social work interventions for adults with mental illness, psychological distress, trauma and isolation. You will manage a complex caseload within a multidisciplinary team and work to support independence and wellbeing.
