While the focus of this role is in leading our service teams, this position will occasionally help hands on in the field during peak seasons.

Hours and Pay:

• $35-38 hourly + commission and bonus opportunities
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with occasional overtime)

What You'll Own:

• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training
• Serve as the primary technical resource for the team, assisting with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and difficult service issues
• Provide technical guidance for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems
• Oversee service schedules, preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and daily workflow coordination
• Conduct ride-alongs, quality control inspections, and field coaching to help technicians improve performance and customer interactions
• During peak seasons or high-demand periods, step into the field to run service calls, assist with equipment replacement estimates, and support the team as needed
• Manage departmental budgets, approve costs, and ensure profitability
• Enforce safety protocols, lead regular safety meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with service reporting, invoicing accuracy, and maintaining organized service records
• Support the growth of the service department through technician development, customer experience, and operational consistency

What We're Looking For:

• 7-8+ years of experience in HVAC service, with some installation experience
• Leadership experience in HVAC service management is strongly preferred
• Highly organized, with experience managing schedules, invoicing, and coordinating teams
• EPA Certification is required
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
