Engagement Description:

• Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision making capability.
• This includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.

• Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
• CMS Guidelines
• MARx and TRR experience

• Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment

• Data Analysis
• Ability to provide support to internal and external customers

Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Knowledge of CMS guidelines - Chapter 2
• Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
• Knowledge of employer group Medicare Advantage Membership Reconciliation Processes
• Process improvement exp (Six Sigma, etc).

Education/Certifications - Include:

• High School Diploma - Required
• 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred
