Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Provide support in managing phone systems, ensuring calls are directed appropriately. Uphold the standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times. Meet monthly goals of membership sales Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with night audit processes is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions. A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and hospitality services. Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
