SAP Program Manager

Position : SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (WM/MM/IM & S/4HANA)

Location : Mostly remote, with some travel to Canada

Employment type : Contract to hire

This role requires S/4HANA, WM, Logistics, and Supply Chain management experience. Having 1-2 full life cycle implementations and also support experience. The candidate will lead the delivery of WM, MM & IM projects. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. Working for a Canadian Healthcare corporation, so a healthcare background is a plus. Some travel to Canada will be required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• SAP Experience 5-7+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA, with solid SAP Support in a Lead Role
• Focus on WM, MM, and IM ( Warehouse, Material Management, and Inventory Management )
• Ability to communicate with the customer and manage other resources.

We are seeking a motivated mid-level SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and SAP EDI. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP business processes, be eager to learn, and be willing to support global business operations in a shift-based environment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of SAP techno-functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP or SAP MM/IM or SAP WM and EDI.
• Exposure to SAP MM, Inventory Management (IM), or Warehouse Management (WM)
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI, including monitoring interfaces, IDocs, and EDI transaction flows.
• Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse business processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certification in PP, MM, or S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Junior SAP Consultant with experience in SAP PP.
• Exposure to SAP MM, IM, or WM is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI is required.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
