Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Columbus, IN

Pay Range: $22 / hour

Shift: 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) + Mandatory OT

What's the Job?

• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and production areas
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and components throughout the facility
• Stage and organize materials to support production and shipping activities
• Perform daily equipment inspections (pre-shift checks) and report maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and document material movements using RF scanners or paperwork

What's Needed?

• Experience in Press Operations and Machine Operation
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to following OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
