Educate patients on oral health and personalized treatment needs. Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings. Partner with the doctor to co‑diagnose and improve patient outcomes. Build lasting relationships that keep patients engaged and returning. Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota (or soon to be licensed), active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome). Strong communication and clinical skills. Passion for patient care and education. Positive, team‑first mindset. Current CPR certification. New grads welcome — we’re excited to support your growth.
