Additional responsibilities include:Communicating effectively verbally and in writing while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external support systemsParticipating in the development and implementation of the treatment/transition planFunctioning as an interdisciplinary team member within the research, practice, and education shields at Mayo ClinicComplying with standards for medical/legal responsibilities and serving as a resource to other allied and administrative staff within the section of Social Work and the Department of NursingThis position includes specified billable patient contact hours. *This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have a Master of Social Work degree and two years' supervised therapy experience in behavioral health and/or medical social work including diagnostic assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
