Applications Support Analyst

Supporting healthcare information systems, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will resolve incidents, assist in training documentation, and recommend workflow improvements while working remotely or onsite. Key responsibilities Perform routine application support and resolve service requests Analyze and recommend improvements for application workflows Create and maintain training documentation and reports Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Preferred focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field One year of relevant experience in application support or related areas preferred IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable
