Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct quality assurance reviews in the Employee Health and Benefits sector, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with high-quality standards through stakeholder communication and implementation consultation. Key responsibilities Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify compliance-related deficiencies and improvement opportunities Communicate with stakeholders to consult on implementation plans for maintaining quality standards Work independently to prioritize responsibilities and accomplish goals effectively Required qualifications College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience Five years of experience in the Employee Health and Benefits industry Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
