BIM Specialist

The BIM CAD Specialist supports Facilities Operations through Revit-based authoring, maintenance, and quality control of QTS data center BIM assets in accordance with established BIM standards. This role is delivery-focused, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness of facility asset data throughout the asset lifecycle. Responsibilities Author, modify, and maintain Revit models for QTS data center assets in compliance with BIM standards. Update model assets to support operational changes, retrofits, and standardization initiatives. Ensure model accuracy, data completeness, and consistency across assigned deliverables. Apply approved families, parameters, naming conventions, and data structures. Perform quality assurance checks and model audits to maintain high-fidelity asset data. Be willing to adopt and learn new technologies and be open to mentorship. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in BIM delivery with hands‑on Revit model development and standards compliance. BS in Architecture, MEP, Building Science or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Autodesk Revit (2023–2025); Revit certification preferred. Revit family content creation.
