Description:
Objective of Position:
Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard and delivering of products to job sites
Essential Functions:
· Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
. Backing up and moving trailers and equipment
· Keeping product rotated and stacked
. Forklift Certification
. CDL Class A or B Driver's License with preference for A
· Shipping and receiving knowledge
· Good housekeeping skills for a clean yard
· Provide excellent customer service
· Help customers find the location of products
· Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:· Previous experience with backing up and moving trailers and loading heavy equipment preferred.
· Education Qualifications- prefer High School diploma
· Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help customers and resolve issues
