Experience 3–5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting. Hours Ability to work a 47.5 to 50-hour week, including flexible hours as scheduled. Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills. Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L management. Organizational and time management skills. Team building and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Abilities Work long hours and stand for extended periods. Work around heat and in close quarters. Lift 50–75 pounds comfortably.
