Responsibilities Develop your subject matter expertise in a vertical skill niche like Regulatory, Quality, Cyber or Software Engineering. Staying in tune with market dynamics, internal and external factors driving demand for interim and contract resources. Identify, network and build trusted relationships with contractors operating in your vertical niche. Capturing key information around skills, capabilities, compensation, and availability via phone, e-mails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Identify employers hiring contractors and interim talent. Build a reputation within your vertical niche as the go to Agent for contract and interim opportunities in North America. Develop an understanding of payroll solutions within contract workforce solutions and the associated benefits for each party Collaborate with our search-ops, marketing, media and technology teams to create best-in-class service and experience for our clients and contractors Source talent for client job orders both in and outside of your niche via LinkedIn & LinkedIn Recruiter for contract assignments in conjunction with the wider team. Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders on projects to completion. Nurture our live contractors ensuring they are fully supported in their current role, optimizing our ability to retain their services on an ongoing basis. Qualifications Ability to work out of our Headquarters in Delray Beach, FL (this is not a remote position.)
