Sr. Manager, CX Research

Senior Manager leading customer experience research at Pfizer Digital & Technology. Designs and executes qualitative and quantitative studies to inform product development, integrates AI into research workflows, and translates colleague insights into actionable recommendations across multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies independently without external vendor reliance
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and product recommendations for engineering and product teams
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate study design, data analysis, and insight synthesis while maintaining methodological rigor
- Mentor junior researchers and advocate for customer-centric product solutions within technical teams
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on research priorities and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Market Research, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in CX, UX, or product research with hands-on study execution
- Strong proficiency in qualitative research, experimentation, usability methods, and applied statistics
- Independent capability to design, field, and analyze studies using Python, R, or statistical software
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into research and analytics workflows
- Proficiency with UserZoom, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced, agile environments
