Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2620 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU nursing experience.

Required Credentials: Basic dysrhythmia interpretation/EKG competency required.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends and holidays. Mandatory overtime: You will be included in the unit’s staff rotation pool and required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage.

Floating Requirements: Floats between ICU, Intermediate Unit, and MS (5 to 1 ratio) as needed; patient ratios vary for the different units and can be discussed at the time of interview.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required
