We are seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist skilled in delivering quality hair care services including cutting, styling, and personalized client consultations. This role requires a professional who prioritizes hygiene, understands product benefits, and fosters strong client relationships. Our stylist will be part of a small team, working efficiently to manage more than 10 clients daily using salon-specific software for appointment scheduling and client management. This position does not require travel and involves working primarily onsite.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting and styling services tailored to children’s hair
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired looks and hair care needs
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of tools and work area
• Recommend hair care products suited to individual client hair types
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon-specific software to optimize workflow
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of hair styling experience
