Job Summary Premier Healthcare, under new ownership and management by Stellar Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Job Summary Premier Healthcare, under new ownership and management by Stellar Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, wound care, IVs, tube feedings, colostomy care, and suctioning. Transcribe and carry out physician orders. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to physicians and families. Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers. Conduct regular rounds to ensure staff follow facility policies and resident needs are being met. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive resident care. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures, including infection control requirements. Provide staff guidance, support team development, and participate in performance evaluations. Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Current CPR certification. Long-term care experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
