Job Description – General LaborerI. Position SummaryPerforms a variety of general labor tasks under direct supervision. Supports site operations through manual work such as lifting, moving, digging, mowing, and assisting with equipment.II. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this role successfully, the employee must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned as needed.Load and unload vehicles, materials, and equipment.Lift, move, and carry materials and supplies.Dig, backfill, and perform other basic ground work.Operate push mowers, trimmers, and basic site equipment.Perform general site clean-up and assist skilled workers as directed.Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.III. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.IV. QualificationsEducation/Experience (Required): High School Diploma or GED, and up to 4 years of related experience.Education/Experience (Preferred): Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience, with up to 4 years of related experience.Licenses/Certifications: None required.Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and perform physical tasks reliably.V.
