Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Manage critically ill adult patients (18 years of age and older) across a range of critical care diagnoses and treatments
• Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps and ventilators
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EHR
• Participate in weekend coverage and on-call requirements as needed
• Float to other units as required per facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a cardiovascular or critical care ICU environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced IV therapy
