LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MULTIFAMILY

Fort Myers, FL

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
HVAC experience/certification REQUIRED
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with work orders, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
Ability to lead and support a maintenance team
Reliable, dependable, and professional
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be available for on-call rotation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete daily work orders and maintenance requests
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
Complete apartment turns and make-readies
Assist with and oversee daily maintenance operations
Respond to after-hours/on-call maintenance emergencies
Help lead and support maintenance team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, has strong multifamily experience , and can confidently handle HVAC and general apartment maintenance.
