Your Role Will Include:

• Assessing patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and developing customized treatment plans.
• Delivering physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional ability.
• Working collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve the best outcomes for your patients.
• Educating patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and home exercise programs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engaging in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a respected program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is preferred, and any specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, pediatric, geriatric) will be an added advantage.
