Job Title : Business Analyst Position Overview

Play a key role in transforming business needs into clear functional requirements while partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. This position combines business analysis, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to help achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.

• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.

• Track project progress and support timely delivery of business objectives.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases.

• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience collaborating with development, QA, and project management teams.

• Knowledge of gap analysis, process mapping, and UAT support.

• Strong reporting, presentation, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
