Global Talent Acquisition Leader Scale High-Volume Hiring

Collectors is seeking a recruiting leader to drive evolution, scaling, and ongoing management of our high-volume recruiting function across production operations, grading, authentication, and evergreen roles. You will own end-to-end infrastructure, strategy, and a team of Recruiters and Candidate Experience Leads, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Remote US candidates will be considered, with in-person collaboration preferred at Santa Ana or Jersey City offices.
