Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–9:30 PM local time, with a training period that includes rotational weekend work. Full-time position with flexibility based on seasonal business needs. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from prospective members, identify the type of assistance needed, and work toward converting the caller to a qualified lead and sale. Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services. Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement. Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio by addressing member needs, explaining product differences, and assisting with product selection. Assist in completing enrollment applications over the phone in compliance with product requirements and enrollment guidelines. Meet the goals established for performance, attendance, and consumer experience. Maintain requirements for licensure, appointments, and annual product certification. Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience. Within 30 days, obtain appropriate state insurance licenses (may be completed during training). Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts, with flexibility to adjust daily schedules and work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Must live within commuting distance to 169 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO. Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new systems. Flexibility to adapt approach to various caller communication styles. Telecommuter policy adherence for all telecommuters. Note: Sign-on bonus details differentiate external candidates; internal candidates may not be eligible. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus monthly sales incentive; total compensation depends on sales performance. Average annual earnings: $50,000–$65,000; top performers $80,000+. Sign-on bonus up to $2,000 (unlicensed external/internal); up to $3,000 (licensed external/internal). Paid time off: 15 days in the first year plus 8 holidays.
