About the Role Providence Medical Group’s premier OB/GYN Health Center in Southern Oregon seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician‑Gynecologist to join its comprehensive women's health clinic located in Medford. Responsibilities Provide prenatal care, childbirth services, and gynecologic surgeries at the Providence Medford Medical Center, which features 2 Da Vinci XI robotic systems. Collaborate with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners who focus on empathic, patient‑centered care. Participate in multidisciplinary care with Maternal‑Fetal Medicine and In‑house Gynecologic Oncology and Urogynecology specialists. Work a full‑time schedule: 3 clinic and/or surgical days, 1 call day, and 1 post‑call day with rotation of weekends (1‑to‑5 call ratio). Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Experience as a full‑scope OB/GYN is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork. Benefits & Compensation Annual salary of $400,000 with guaranteed base and generous quality incentive pay. Relocation assistance and a starting bonus. Continuing medical education support. Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program as a non‑profit employer.
