Leasing Manager

We’re partnering with a growing, vertically integrated multifamily owner-operator to hire a Leasing Manager for a residential community in Kissimmee. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an energetic leasing professional who can coach an onsite team, improve leasing velocity, and help drive the community toward its occupancy goals. The Leasing Manager will oversee the full leasing process while supporting marketing, renewals, resident retention, and day-to-day property operations. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and hold the onsite leasing team accountable. Monitor traffic, tours, applications, conversions, and occupancy trends. Manage prospect follow-up and leasing workflows. Review leasing paperwork and conduct regular lease-file audits. Oversee renewals and resident-retention initiatives. Execute property-level advertising, promotions, and marketing strategies. Review aged vacancies and coordinate with maintenance on unit readiness. Ensure vacant apartments, models, and common areas are tour-ready. Assist with resident requests, concerns, and relationship management. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies. What We’re Looking For At least two years of multifamily leasing experience preferred. Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring leasing professionals. Strong sales, follow-up, and closing ability. Experience at a lease-up, value-add, or stabilization property is highly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Entrata, EliseAI, or comparable leasing platforms is a plus. Spanish fluency is a plus. Willingness to work a flexible onsite schedule, including weekends.
