Intermediate Architectural Designer

Producing technical drawings and construction documents for high-volume retail rollout projects, the full-time Intermediate Architectural Designer will work remotely, focusing on design compliance, project documentation, and collaboration with technical staff for a large national brand. Key responsibilities Assist in overall technical design and review engineering drawings for compliance with design solutions Create and finalize floor plans, elevations, and architectural details for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process Produce and review construction documents, ensuring adherence to budget and project timelines Required qualifications Graduate of architecture school or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Documentation 3-5 years of experience preferred, with a focus on retail project or rollout experience Strong Revit skills are required Intermediate knowledge of design principles and architecture detailing
