Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) OT credential, or proof of application in process
• Prior experience in school-based pediatric occupational therapy is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, intervention planning, and hands-on treatment for K-12 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning needs and environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite, following IEP goals and best practices
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions for optimal student success
• Educate staff and parents about strategies to improve student participation and performance within the school environment
