Qualified Health - Technical Recruiter Contractor We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Sourcing: Leverage creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of AI, ML, and other technical candidates. Screening & Coordination: Manage candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with our senior recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure they feel valued throughout the recruitment process. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Offer Management: Demonstrated ability to support or lead closing efforts, including drafting and extending offers, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through decision‑making processes with finesse and professionalism. AI/ML Recruitment: Experience recruiting in the AI and machine learning space, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and nuances of sourcing and engaging top technical talent in this domain. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including a focus on AI, ML, or technical roles. Prior internal recruitment experience, including sourcing, coordinating, and ideally closing top candidates. Skills: Proven ability to source passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networks, events, etc.). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
