Join a dentist-led clinical team in Tacoma, WA, as a full-time Associate Dentist with an $800-per-day minimum. Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including oral surgery and extractions, while delivering patient-centered diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and education. The practice supports professional growth through mentorship, case review, advanced procedure training, a practice leadership pathway, and potential ownership buy-in.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Perform restorative procedures and comprehensive general dentistry.
- Provide oral surgery and extractions.
- Deliver preventive care and educate patients on oral health.
- Communicate treatment recommendations clearly with patients.
- Use digital radiography, electronic records, integrated imaging, and practice-management systems in daily care.
- Participate in mentorship, case review, and advanced procedure training opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in general dentistry.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Washington State dental license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in general dentistry and treatment planning.
- Strong patient communication skills.
