As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide essential therapy services. Your role will be crucial in assisting patients to develop and restore functional independence, following state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

• Implement therapy interventions per the Occupational Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient and family education
• Communicate patient status to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Qualifications for this role include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
